C&R Development was Construction Manager for the 76,566 s.f. of renovations and 40,974 s.f. of additions to Noah Webster Elementary School in Hartford, CT, one of Hartford’s grand old schools. Located in the historic West End, it consists of three buildings scaled to fit well into a tum of the century residential neighborhood.

The new addition fits the scale and texture of this neighborhood and created a new entrance off Whitney Street. The school is an inter-district, K-8 micro society magnet program.
