C&R Development Company, Inc. provided project management services for the renovation of this 100,000 sf magnet school (5-8). Renovation will upgrade existing classroom space and integrate more technologcial capabilities. The addition provided a new gym, cafeteria, kitchen, media center, and administrative offices. C&R renovated West Hill School to serve as swing space to temporarily house students during construction.
