C & R Robin, L.L.C., an affiliated company of C & R Development Company, Inc., is a managing member of an L.L.C. that is the owner 618+ acres scheduled for a new beach resort and casino to be located on the island of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. The 618+ acres includes areas known as Estate Mt. Retreat, Estate Little Profit, Estate Cotton Grove and Estate Mt. Fancy all on the south shore of the island of St. Croix.
Phase I of the construction will consist of a 300-room first-class hotel; 100 beachfront front or golf course condominiums or timeshare residential units; a 40,000 square foot casino with a 20,000 sq.ft. gaming hall; an 18-hole golf course and club house; a 10,000 sq.ft. meeting/conference facility; a water park and other resort amenities.
Phase II - V will consist of approximately 500 additional hotel rooms; 700+ additional residential units; and additional resort amenities.
