C&R Development Company. Inc. acted as Construction Administrator on this extensive upgrade and interior conversion of the 35,000 s.f. Clarence Rogers School. The space houses a new kindergarten and pre-K classrooms. The Construction Administrator’s, C&R’s primary function was to monitor status of construction and adherence to the schedule on behalf of the Board of Education and the General Contractor.
