C&R Development Company, Inc. provided project management services for the $11.7 million renovation and 3,600 s.f. addition to this 57,000 s.f. public elementary school. The renovation project included the additions of a library/media center and cafeteria, as well as reconfigured areas for the family resource center, arts, music and science labs and community health care facilities. This mandated complete code upgrades, classroom renovations, new roof, windows, heating and air-conditioning systems. As part of the City of New Haven’s extensive school building program, the project was the first in the program to be delivered on time and under budget.
